You wake up already tired.

Not because you worked hard yesterday.
But because you’re carrying things you never chose to hold:

  • Expectations that weren’t yours.

  • Guilt that wasn’t earned.

  • Pressure to be more, do more, fix more—for everyone.

And you wonder why you're exhausted.

But the Stoics would say:

Not everything that lands on your shoulders belongs in your soul.

Let’s unpack this.
Let’s put some of it down.
